Nashville Recording Artist Colene Walters toured with Grand Ole Opry legend, Porter Wagoner for a number of years, after he had hired her for his show on The Grand Ole Opry. She, also, performed and toured with the late, great Johnny Russell.
She will be doing a special show for Storytellers Museum, which is a tribute to porter Wagoner and Johnny Russell, and will tell stories of performing as a duo on Grand Ole Opry’s stage.
This will be THE featured concert at 3:00 on Saturday afternoon April 15th. The Museum opens at 9:30, but there is limited seating for the concert – seating is limited to 130 people, so first come, first serve. Tour the Museum, and then go over to explore the Hideaway Farm, which JohnnyCash owned for 33 years, and called the “center of my universe.” And then come back for the concert at the Museum.
We will also keep the Farm open for 1 hour following the concert.
